The Tree of Life is an iconic part of Highgate Synagogue’s interior. The sculpture is made of pewter and mounted on the wall in the entrance way to our Main Hall. It is made up of 350 leaves, with each leaf available to be sponsored and is removable for personal inscriptions for occasions such as celebrating a simch a or remembering a loved one. Robert Worley MA (RCA) is a sculpture graduate of the Royal College of Art, 1995.
He is a Member of the royal British Society of Sculptors (MRBS) and in 2009 won the First@108 sculpture award with ‘Avatar’ now on permanent display in Canary Wharf, London.
